In an effort to increase awareness to the effects of cancer, 68 scouts from Simsbury Boy Scout Troop 175 wore bald caps as part of national "Be Bold, Be Bald" program. Now in its second year, Be Bold, Be Bald took place on October 22nd and saw thousands of people across the country go bald for the day to honor cancer patients and raise money to help fight this terrible disease.
